Bali Bird Park houses distinctive species of birds with its motto of protecting the endangered species through the natural breeding process. Its surroundings have been made keeping in mind the natural ecosystem of the forest. The park is divided into 7 different regions that represent different habitats- African, Sahara, South America, Australia, Indonesia, and Indonesia. These species hail from various countries and their names are the Bali Sterling, the Serpent Eagles, the Congo Gray Parrot, the Scarlet Macaw, the Birds of Paradise and pelicans. The park has various parts like a laboratory where the process of observation and protection of species takes place. In addition, the park ensures that the following activities take place, such as the Pelican Feeding show, the Komodo Dragon show, and the 4D Cinema theater.

The bird park is located in Batubulan, and is only a half an hour drive away from Ubud town and Sanur beach. It’s a forty-five minute drive from Kuta town. From the airport precisely, it’s located at a 12 kilometers distance.

It can be reached out via renting a car and even a scooter. But, if you’re someone who would rather use public transport then consider taking the kura-kura shuttle bus.

Bali Bird Park timings are from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm on all days of the week. Exploring the park completely would take about 3 to 5 hours. The variety of activities that are provided in the park have different timings though, like the 4D Cinema would start at about 10 AM on a daily basis. Moreover, the Komodo Dragon feeding activity takes place only on Tuesdays and Fridays at about 2:30 pm.

The months April onwards till October are considered the best time to visit Bali Bird Park. This is a dry season and thus, in order to attract visitors, a mix of indoor and outdoor activities are arranged. Also, the crowds can be avoided if visiting during weekdays.
